About Me
I discovered my passions for food, movement, and nature years ago in Costa Rica. Now, I'm on a mission to integrate them.


After nearly 4 years in the corporate consulting world, I quit my job to explore cooking, teaching yoga, and traveling the world full time. I quickly learned that my passions complement each other to achieve what I love most: meeting and nourishing people.
Each place I go, I gain culinary tips and cultural experiences, adding flavor and stories to the meals I prepare.
Each person I feed, I ensure the food makes them feel their best, ready to move...maybe during one of my yoga classes ;)
Each place I depart, I hope to leave it better than I found it, using local plant-based ingredients and creating minimal waste.
I cook with the promise that food tastes better with ingredients that are colorful and close by and a chef who loves the kitchen and is not afraid of a little spice.
